International Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (QAHE), registered in Delaware USA, is an independent, private and international organization which is funded through fees charged for its accreditation services to Higher Education Institutions, Certification Bodies, E-Learning Management System Providers and Training Organizations. We use our expertise to support the development of quality assurance systems worldwide. As the accrediting agency has grown in size and complexity, the quality assurance systems have evolved and, progressively, tasks are articulated and delegated, with official certifications.

Auream Phoenix University for Women has been granted California University FCE affiliation and HEAC (Higher Education Commission) Accreditation. The CUFCE- HEAC is in charge of evaluating the study programmes of state-approved US colleges and universities seeking regional and national accreditation.
The Higher Education Commission (HEAC) granted Auream Phoenix University the Certificate of Accreditation with an excellent rating. As a result, all Auream Phoenix University graduates who apply for it can obtain from California University FCE a second degree equivalent to regionally accredited degrees in the United States of America. USHEAC is a non-profit, public benefit NGO in the State of California, USA. It serves as a cohesive entity that brings together higher education accreditation agencies, universities and colleges seeking recognition by the United States Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). USHEAC is a subsidiary of the California University FCE-Amorsolo Foundation Incorporated. Acceptance by the California Department of Education, the California State Board of Education, the U.S. Department of Education, and several international universities is based on the evaluation of the curricula, academic programmes, and faculty credentials of non-accredited U.S. universities. The evaluation is an integral part of the university's documentation process for applying for regional accreditation, which precedes submission to one of the seven US regional accreditation commissions.
